Panoramic—Costa Rica, Alaska, India

This short film documents the spread of technology to outlying areas by the year 2000: the Lincos Project puts community Internet access into a pre-fab shipping container in a hilly, remote coffee-growing village in Costa Rica; a woman in Alaska studies for her degree online from a small town on the coast, through a distance learning program; high tech culture and industries bolsters the economy in India.

LogoCam2004-4   This is the film we were shooting in India, when we invented the silly road game in the tale “Wrecks and Pissers: The Bombay-Pune Road” in Showdown at Shinagawa.
